Target Applications The ScanTrac Forte belt x-ray inspection system excels in large package, bag and bulk product inspection. Simple to use yet powerful, the Forte can be paired with an ejector to automatically reject non-conforming products from your packaging line, ensuring your customers receive the quality of product they have come to expect.
Ease of Operation The ScanTrac Forte includes a sanitary conveyor belt system designed with our customers in mind. The conveyor rolls out from the machine and can be disassembled for wash down without tools in under 30 seconds.
Accuracy at High Speeds The Forte large package x-ray inspection unit performs multiple inspections with belt speeds up to 230+ fpm. As with all x-ray inspection equipment, the optimal speed of inspection depends upon the inspection application.
Simultaneous Inspections ScanTrac belt systems can simultaneously detect contaminants, components and voids while determining product density.
Versatility ScanTrac systems feature: adjustable X-Ray energy levels, proprietary algorithms and real-time imaging that can be configured for a broad range of applications.

NEMA4X / IP66 Enclosure Compact rugged design for easy placement and operation in and within existing packaging lines. The ScanTrac Forte is also available in IP69K to allow operation in wash down areas.
